Our Titan Engines utilize a brand new high nickel hummer style block.  The Titan Engine is fully refurbished using state of the art machining and assembly techniques. All engines are assembled with the dual gear drive assembly, which eliminates the stock timing chain and the wear and damage associated with it.  Main bearing webs are reinforced with our stud girdle kit to avoid stress cracking.  Cylinder heads castings are new and contain new exhaust valves, hardened valve seats, new valve springs,  and new valve keepers. You may optionally exclude the dual gear drive if you have a tight budget.

*Our dressed engines include remanufactured injection pump & injectors, new glow plugs, new high output water pump. Intake and exhaust manifolds are not included.
