The DSGVM200 is the upgraded version of our fuel additive injector with a stainless steel tank, heating options and diesel fuel additive level sensing. The diesel fuel additive tank is sized and designed to be filled at the vehicles normal scheduled maintenance intervals. This virtually eliminates the truck driver handling objection and creates an affordable solution for both small and large operations. The system will accept diesel fuel level data from a wide range of sensors including digital/analog diesel fuel tank level senders, and ultrasonic level sensors.

This on-board fuel additive injector system is designed to mount directly on the vehicle or equipment and dispense the diesel fuel additive each time the vehicle fuels. It is a heavy gauge stainless steel autonomous unit that consists of a 3 gallon additive tank as well as a component cabinet. Its wire harness provides for simple connections to an either 12vdc or 24vdc constant source of power and ground as well as to an ignition power source. The product dispense hose connects to the return fuel line. There is a connection made to the vehicles existing fuel level sending unit or to a DTI supplied ultrasonic level sensor. Then with a laptop connected with a USB cable simply answer a few questions to calibrate the system to the vehicle and for the additive being used and its ready to do the job.

DTI’s propriety flow control technology minimizes messy calibrations and ensures accurate diesel fuel additive dispensing every time. It accurately dispenses diesel fuel additive to the diesel fuel system at each fueling with no driver input. This is perfect for vehicles that fuel at public stations.

The VM200 fuel additive injection system provides full reporting of all diesel fueling and diesel fuel additive dispensing. The reporting features enable access to date, time stamped event logs of the amount of diesel fuel put onboard as well as the amount of diesel fuel additive dispensed. Additionally the customizable feature enables you to download all data recorded in common file formats that enable the user to utilize the functionality of programs like Microsoft Excel™ to sort, filter and display the data in a way that best suits their needs.
