DSG's fuel additive dispenser tank mounts on the back of a truck cab, or any other convenient place. It is attached to an electronic board and a fuel level sensor is added to the tank. Whenever you add fuel, the computer calculates the amount added to the tank, and then injects the appropriate amount of additive into the tank, via the fuel return line.
