In August of 2025, DSG Power Systems Inc. was acquired by Athabasca Basin Development (ABD) and continues to operate under the name of DSG Power Systems L.P. with Percy Hoff as General Manager, and the continued focus on Equipment Repair, Fuel Treatment, Power Generation and Spare Parts Distribution. With products now reaching across North America.
Athabasca Basin Development is an Indigenous-owned investment company. Investments include partial or complete ownership in construction, underground mining, industrial security, electrical, diamond drilling, logistics, cannabis, retail, road maintenance, aviation and more. The company is owned by the seven communities in Northern Saskatchewan, providing an efficient way to partner with local communities in one of the world’s premier mining and exploration district.
