Unlike an additive, DQTube's Diesel Quality Technology physically captures and holds water and contamination until the DQTube is removed from the tank. Set it in your tank, check it periodically, and remove the filled filter when it is spent.

DQTUBE PRODUCT FAQ
Will it fit my equipment?
The Universal needs a tank opening of at least 1.5 inches, the Pro 2 inches and the LT 4 inches. Measure before you order. Some fill necks have a screen or anti-siphon device that can block the tube, so call us if you're unsure.
Can it stay in the tank while I run the equipment?
Yes. DQTube is designed to stay in the tank around the clock without interfering with the suction line or other in-tank parts.
Does it replace my filters or additives?
No. Keep your inline filters, water separators and fuel additives. DQTube adds protection in the one place they don't cover: inside the tank.
How often do I replace it?
Check it at least once a month. Replace it every 3 months or when it's nearly full, whichever comes first.
How much water will it hold?
The Universal holds up to 150 mL, the Pro up to 400 mL and the LT up to 5 L. The manufacturer reports an average of about 50 mL a month for diesel trucks and equipment.
How do I know when it's nearly full?
Pull it up and inspect it. The filter will show contents within the nylon sleeve and there may be discolouration.
Does it work with biodiesel?
Yes. DQTube is made for diesel and biodiesel fuel.
Is it safe to handle? How do I dispose of it?
All DQTube products are non-toxic and safe to handle. Dispose of a used tube the same way you would a fuel filter.
